When Bent Gay first opened Gayco Healthcare in 1993, his goal was simple: to serve long-term care facilities with integrity and excellent customer service. The business started small, consisting of just Bent and one pharmacy technician. But since Gayco’s humble beginning, the company has grown to more than 90 employees with a 15,000 square-foot facility in Dublin, GA, and a 7,500 square-foot location in Alpharetta, GA. In 2025 Gayco aquired their most recent location in Birmingham, GA. These three strategic locations have allowed Gayco Healthcare to serve facilities in multiple states including Georgia, South Carolina, and Florida.
